Pricing questions
What counts as one analysis?
One certificate is one analysis, however many pages or parameters it contains. There is no page charge and no parameter charge.
What happens when my monthly allowance runs out?
You can keep working. Extra documents are charged at your plan's rate, shown before each upload.
How long does my access last?
Exactly the period you bought: one month, one year or two years from the day of purchase. We will remind you before it ends. Nothing renews automatically.
Can I cancel at any time?
There is nothing to cancel. You pay once for the period you choose, with no setup fee, no minimum contract and no automatic renewal. Your access simply ends on its date unless you choose to buy again, so you are never locked in. Unused documents do not roll over.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, on the Institutional plan. Contact us and we will issue an invoice.
