Allowances count distinct documents analysed per calendar month. Re-running an analysis on a document you have already submitted does not consume the allowance again.
Pricing questions
What does the free plan include?
Five automated COA analyses per calendar month, each producing the full analysis report with its source register and version package. No card is required and the allowance resets every month.
What happens when I reach my monthly allowance?
New analyses are declined until the next calendar month or until you move to a plan with a larger allowance. Re-running an analysis on a document you have already submitted does not consume the allowance again.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Plans can be changed at any time and the new allowance applies from the change.
What happens when the introductory term ends?
The plan renews at the normal price shown beside every discounted figure. The introductory rate applies to the committed term only, and the renewal price is never hidden.
What happens to the documents I upload?
Uploaded certificates and the analyses produced from them belong to your organisation and are not pooled with any other customer's data. The Security page and the Privacy Policy set out storage, retention and access in full.
How do I cancel?
A plan can be cancelled at any time; it stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then returns to the free allowance.
