For importers and trading companies
Check every Certificate of Analysis before you commit to the shipment.
PharmaTrust reads a supplier's COA the way a careful QA professional would: completeness, specifications, results, methods, dates, signatures and internal consistency. In minutes, with findings you can defend to a regulator, a customer or your own bank.
The certificate arrives. Then what?
Your supplier sends a PDF. It looks right. The batch number matches. But the assay limits, the method references, the retest logic, the arithmetic between results and specifications: checking all of it properly takes an hour with a pharmacopoeia you may not have. So mostly, it gets filed.
When it goes wrong, it is your name on the import licence.
A rejected consignment costs demurrage, retesting, and sometimes the customer. A regulator's question costs more if your answer is "we relied on the supplier". An analysis report with sources is a different answer.
Screen everything. Test what fails.
Laboratory testing is the gold standard and always will be. It is also thousands of dollars and weeks per sample. PharmaTrust is the screen that tells you which certificates deserve that scrutiny, and which questions to ask before you pay, not after.
How it works
Upload the PDF. The engine extracts every value and checks it against the requirements it claims to meet. You get a seven-section report: findings with the requirement, the evidence, the reasoning and the source. Where the document cannot support a conclusion, the report says so instead of guessing.

Questions importers ask
Is my supplier's certificate kept confidential?
Yes. Documents are stored in your organisation's own isolated space, encrypted, and never pooled with any other customer's data. The Security page sets out in full what protects them, and the security documentation can be shared on request.
Does PharmaTrust detect counterfeit medicines?
No, and be wary of anything that claims to. PharmaTrust analyses documents, not physical products. A flawless certificate can accompany a bad product, which is why laboratory testing and qualified judgement remain essential. What we do is make sure the document itself has been checked properly, every time.
What standards do you check against?
The requirements the certificate itself claims: the specifications stated on the document, internal consistency, completeness against expected certificate content, and pharmacopoeial limit data where applicable and licensed. Every report lists its sources.
What if the analysis is not sure about something?
It says so. Where evidence is missing or unreadable, the report records a refusal with what would be needed, rather than a guess. You can then request an Expert-Reviewed Analysis, delivered within 2 business days.
We are a small company. Is this really for us?
It was built for you. The free tier is five analyses a month, and the Trading Company plan costs less than most companies spend on courier fees. No procurement process needed: sign up, upload, decide.
The next certificate you receive can be the first one you actually check.
